Each week, you’ll get a focus reading and related exercises to practice with that week. You’re welcome to dip into the focus topic only once or to work with it daily, your choice. You can share your experiences with others in the course by posting your practice notes to our virtual classroom (a Google group). Online courses are suitable for beginners as well as long-time practitioners.
